Every year, OVMA delivers the country’s premier veterinary conference and trade show. With a diverse program covering the hottest topics in veterinary medicine, our program offers something for every member of the veterinary practice team. Choose from a variety of topics, such as dentistry, internal medicine, dermatology, equine, ophthalmology and much more. Or, if you’re interested in the practice management side of things, we offer sessions focusing on communication, well-being, culture and management.

About the Trade Show

In conjuction with OVMA's annual conference, the association hosts an extensive trade show where hundreds of veterinary companies showcase their products and/or services. 

With a trade show pass, conference attendees can walk the Exhibit Hall to browse booths, chat with exhibitors and learn about the latest veterinary products and technology. Attendees can also stop by the hall for coffee breaks, our evening cocktain receptions and to enter their names into a $500 lunchtime exhibit hall draw.

Access to the trade show is included with a full (three-day) conference registration. Exhibit Hall passes can be purchased.
Yes! Attendees have 21 hours of access to the Exhibit Hall over the three days of conference:
 
  • Thursday - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Friday - 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday - 10 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. 


You'll have plenty of time to visit the Exhibit Hall! Be sure to stop by the trade show between 10:15 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. (Thursday and Friday only) to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee, and visit the Exhibit Hall during our Thursday and Friday cocktail receptions from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. to grab a drink and mingle.

We secure a room block for conference attendees at the Westin Harbour Castle, located at 1 Harbour Square, Toronto, Ont. More information will be available in the fall.

Exhibitors and Sponsors

If your company is interested in exhibiting at OVMA’s trade show, you’ll need to submit an exhibitor’s application and contract form. Due limited trade show space and high demand to exhibit, exhibitors will be selected by a lottery draw.
